I couldn’t believe how energized I felt afterward. And I was really surprised at how great my skin looked!”
It might sound strange, but it actually makes a lot of sense…
Your face carries a lot of tension and stress… and daily movements like frowning, smiling, and chewing can lead to wrinkles and sagging.
Which is why a face massage is so great for your skin. In fact, this massage can:
- Stimulate blood circulation
- Encourage cell regeneration
- Relax facial muscles
- Reduce facial tension
But here’s the thing – professional massages are pricey. They’re a nice treat every once in awhile, but you shouldn’t have to spend a ton of money to get glowing skin.
And that’s why I want to share an easy way to get professional results by doing your own “at-home” facial massage!
And best of all, you can do this WHILE you wash your face… so it won’t add any extra time to your usual routine.
Here’s how it’s done:
1. Rinse your face with warm water, then apply your usual facial cleanser to your fingertips.
2. Press your fingertips between your eyebrows, slowly sliding up your forehead. Repeat this motion 10 times, slowly covering your entire forehead.
3. Press your fingertips between your eyebrows, then massage in a circular motion. Repeat this small movement 10 times. Repeat the same rotations on each of your temples.
4. Massage your fingertips into the center of your face (your sinus area), sliding outwards past your cheeks and to your ears.
5. Repeat this motion 10 times, then apply the same motion to your jawline.
6. Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

It only takes a minute, but this facial massage can actually boost your skin’s ability to absorb your cleanser… which means your skincare routine is working better than ever!
I hope you’ll give this technique a try the next time your skin needs a pick-me-up…http://beverlyhillsmd.com/
