Nailed" your look-younger routine

As you know, your hands can reveal a lot about your age…

But did you know that your nails can also add years to your appearance?

As we age, our bodies start to produce less keratin — the protein that makes our nails strong and flexible.

And over time, this causes our nails to become weaker, thinner, and more prone to breakage...

Making them appear dull, dry, and brittle.

And that's why I'm reaching out today — because I know how hard you work to take care of your skin...

And I want to make sure nothing gets in the way of your journey towards a healthier, more youthful appearance.

So here’s the good news...

You don’t need a professional manicure to rescue your nails from this damage...

In fact, you don’t even need to leave your house!

You just need to have a few “nail-strengthening” tricks up your sleeve — to keep your nails looking young, healthy, and beautiful at any age.

So today I thought I’d share a few simple, everyday tips to help restore dry, damaged nails…

And chances are, you already have most of these ingredients in your kitchen!

1) Snack on some sunflower seeds.

I know it sounds simple — but sunflower seeds actually contain some significant nail-nourishing benefits.

You see, sunflower seeds are naturally rich in biotin — a powerful B vitamin proven to help your nails grow stronger and healthier.1

In fact, this vitamin is so powerful, adding just 2.5 milligrams to your diet can actually thicken your nails and keep them from splitting…

Plus, sunflower seeds are loaded with protein and antioxidants — so they’re tasty and they pack a nutritional punch!

2) Bring the spa experience home.

There’s a reason spa manicures include massages — and it’s not just because of how amazing they feel!

You see, massaging your hands actually supports healthy circulation — which helps bring necessary nutrients to your nails and encourages them to grow faster.

Start by pouring a few drops of flaxseed oil onto your right hand, then massage the oil into each cuticle.

Use the heel of your left hand to press into your right palm, slowly moving over one finger at a time. Repeat this same sequence on your left hand.

And by the way — stronger nails aren’t the only perk you’ll get from this tip…

Flaxseed oil is full of nail-nourishing fatty acids — so after this massage, your nails will look and feel noticeably softer and shinier.

3) Treat yourself to a DIY nail soak.

This homemade nail soak is packed with protein and antioxidants — to help prevent nail chipping and encourage shiny, healthy nails.

Here’s how to make your own “strengthening soak” right at home:
  1. Combine 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk in 1 tablespoon of honey until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Allow your nails to soak in the mixture for 15 minutes, then gently rinse in warm water.
...And you’ll notice your nails looking healthier (and younger) in no time!

Plus, the hydrating olive oil will help to replenish lost moisture and prevent nail chipping — helping your nails to grow stronger and healthier in the long run.

So go ahead and give these tips a try — and as always, hit “REPLY” on this email and let me know if your nails are looking better than ever.

After all, you do a lot to care for your skin…

Why not do the same for your nails?
